Seresto Flea Collar for Small Dogs
Question:
We have been using Pet Armour (purchased at Walgreens, a 3 month application) flea & tick stuff, which is applied to the back of her neck. Last used on May 10th. (Ticks are bad here and I found them on the dog as well as on me and our bed!). I would like to use the Seresto collar. Will it conflict with the other stuff? Is it dangerous to combine the two things?
Answer:
You can use Seresto at the same tome with other products.

Yes you can use Seresto collar with a regular collar.

Seresto collars are suitable for puppies from 7 weeks of age.

Question:
My JRT is an 18.5 pound male currently who usually stays in the range 18-20 pounds over the course of the year. Which collar do i need to get him? The small dog one or the large dog one? He also swims alot in the summer. Are these collars removable?
Answer:
The collars are adjustable so if you buy a large size, you'd be on the safe side. Seresto is water resistant. Also, because the active ingredients are stored in and distributed through a layer of oil on the pet’s skin, being wet won’t wash them away.
